ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.
Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the package is scanned by the courier.
SHIPPING ISSUES & DELAYS
UUUUU is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, courier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 7 business days, and we will investigate the matter with the courier.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photographs of the product and packaging
If your package is lost in transit, we’ll assist with filing a claim and send a replacement whenever possible.
